Is Anyone Else's Service Degrading

My internet service used to be rock solid. At this point, I experience 3-5 outages a day. Yes, I have reset my modem.

Has anyone else seen a substantial degradation in service in the last 6 months? What are you doing about it? All Xfinity does is deny the problem and quietly raise my rates. What can I do?
