iPhone app shows not connected
My Acount app on iPhone shows my modem is not connected. I’ve been having Lag issues on games, while streaming movies etc. I’ve tried to self triage by unplugging power and coaxed cable and the problem still persist. Called customer Carr and honestly they were any help because all they wanted to try the unplug method.
