iPhone 16 Pro dropping WiFi Connections

I have XB8 gateway and xfi Pod.  I can connect my iphone to my wifi network but after an hour or so, I lose connection.  When I try to reconnect, I get the "unable to join" message.  I then have to forget the network and reconnect and add my password.  This happens multiple times per day.

This weekend I went to a friends house who also has xfinity XB8 but does not have the pods and never lost connection.  Please help.

First. Try going into the iPhone's WiFi / network settings and see if the "MAC Address Randomization" feature is enabled. If so, disable it and see.

It is set for fixed now.  However, I have tried it in the Off and Rotating positions and still have the same issue.

Thank you.  I have tried to switch to WPA3 but that selection is greyed out and cannot make that change on the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz and it is already set to WPA3 on the 6GHz.  Since I have the xFi Pod, it only works with the 2.4GHz......

You have to change it in the Xfinity app, not the admin portal 10.0.0.1

it must be set to WPA3-Personal-Transition. You can only change all of them at once, since you have a Pod, the three bands are combined.
