Internet

Every single night we lose internet speed or internet altogether. In the daytime it is fine. We've had three technicians to the house to check everything out and they claim everything is good but we suffer from no internet every single night when either it's very cold or windy outside. I am at my wit's end with the AI chat asking me to reset my modem a thousand times. I do not believe it is inside my house but I am unsure what to do next. They replaced the cable inside, replace the splitter inside, replaced the line from the pole to my house, I reset my router 5 million times and we still don't have what we're paying for for speed. What are my next options because technician help inside is not working
