Internet

I've restarted my modem countless times in the past few days. My xfinity internet appears to work for 5 maybe 20 minutes if it feels like pushing itself before leaving me stranded in a world without internet. Xfinity also ironically billed me the usual $40 a month that I pay for the internet that I dont have. Explain to me how that works. Anyways, xfinity is cheeks.

When you are having connection issues, have you by chance used the Xfinity assistance to help with diagnostics and troubleshooting? The Xfinity assistant is great at picking up issues in the area and even setting up a technician appointment if an issue is detected. What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
