@user_ro3xur Thank you so much for making a post to help with your connection issues. We have a lot of options for troubleshooting you can try without needing our help. If you check out this page here there are lots of tips: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting Also when using the Xfinity app for troubleshooting if an issue is detected and not able to be resolved you will be able to set up an appointment if needed right from the app!
