Hi @gilbertol816 Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. We are happy to help you out. Have you looked on the Xfinity App to see if broadcasting of the SSID is enabled? Here are the steps on how to check on this Xfinity xFi Network Settings and Advanced Settings.
