Internet usage some how doubled

I have highest amount of gigs before business level. Wich is 2TB I believe  . Anyways sone how i rarely every get near tht range n every year 2 moths always seem to use the limit or go over the limit. And that is impossible unless your letting someone else into my connection or u cut my amount in half n say it's the same.  But i sure do t use that amount of data . So some how this month n last or next month will say I am over or gonna go over.  But never use that amount all year . So something must be going on either to charge me or to get me to buy more but it sure is not because of me using  a 1Tb more than normal one or two months out of the year.
