internet stability issues.

I have been issues with stability of internet necessitating rebooting modem and access points on a regular basis.   This has been an ongoing issue for sometime and struggling with identifying root cause.   Below is the detail from the cable modem (Nighthawk CM2050V).   The overall status is poor with upload speed as poor.   From the box on the side of the home, it is a direct run to the cable modem (there are no splitters).   There are numerous timeout errors - assume that this is not normal.   On the most current firmware supported by Comcast.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
