Internet Stability Issues

I have been experiencing insane internet stability issues for well over a month. All throughout the day and night it doesn't matter what time of day, it is always the same. We will have decent speeds for approximately 5 minutes at a time, then will lose all connection for a minute or so. After that it takes several minutes for our connection to come back. This makes it virtually impossible to use the internet for anything from gaming, to streaming video, to simple Google searches. It affects all devices connected irregardless if they are wired or wireless connections.
