Internet spiking and slow speed

Hi, I’m having ongoing issues with my internet connection. The speed is consistently slower than what I’m paying for, and my connection keeps experiencing frequent spikes and drops. This is making it difficult to use the internet reliably.

I’m paying for a specific internet speed, but I’m not receiving the speeds I’m supposed to be getting. Could you please check my connection and investigate what is causing the slow speeds and frequent spikes? I’d appreciate having this resolved as soon as possible.
