Internet speed
Hi, I was using my own router, so the Xfinity Gateway was in Bridge mode; I was getting wifi speeds in the 620 - 640 range. Since Xfinity is advertising my plan was upgraded from 600 to 800 Mbps download, I disabled Bridge mode (and turn off my own router). To my surprise, I am getting 394 Mbps now. I found this similar thread: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/internet-speed/6393ae63507b4d3af9dfc374 which is closed now, but it does not mention how it was resolved. I acknowledge I have not tried with ethernet cat6 cable connected directly to the gateway yet, but I am using same laptop in 5ghz network same distance, and using Xfinity recommended Wifi settings.
