Internet Speed & Modem Provisioning Issue

Hi,

I currently have the 2 Gbps download / 250 Mbps upload internet plan. I own my modem and recently replaced my previous modem with a Netgear CM3000, which Xfinity lists as fully compatible with my plan.

However, my speeds did not change at all after activating the new modem. With both my old modem and the new CM3000, I consistently get approximately 1.4 Gbps download and 42 Mbps upload.

The upload speed in particular makes me suspect that my modem may still be provisioned with an incorrect configuration/profile. I would expect the upload speed to increase significantly with the 250 Mbps tier, but it remains almost exactly where it was with my previous modem.

Could you please verify that the CM3000 is provisioned with the correct boot/configuration file for my 2 Gbps / 250 Mbps plan and that my account and modem are correctly enabled for the higher upload speed?
