Internet speed incredibly slow [Edit]

Our internet plan is for 1.3 GB and the speed has slowed to less than 100 MB to my computer.  We have reset the modem multiple times and Xfinity Assistant also reset it, but it is still not working correctly

I completely understand how frustrating it is when your internet speed slows down  especially when you’ve already taken all the right steps by resetting the modem and working with the Xfinity Assistant. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you still have trouble with your speed?-Richard
