internet speed beyond slow

Hi, 

Over the last few months, I have been having issues with my internet speed.  I work from home and zoom is constantly telling me that my internet is unstable, dropping and or completely not working.  I have been running the speed test every day and the attached is very common throughout the day.  I have rebooted my computer, the router and unplugged and rebooted the modem multiple times.  Sometime it may help for an hour or so and then it goes back to this.  I am on the superfast plan and suppose to get up to 1.2 Gbps but am far from it.  Who can I work with on this?

Thank you, the problem is not consistent.  Sometimes my speeds are fine but daily throughout the day, I am having issues.  Is there something that could be causing intermittent slowness?

It could be a problem with the connection to the system, or it could be intermittent traffic congestion. What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1 

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.


What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?

Is this with a WiFi connection ?
