Internet Service

The Comcast customer service has always been disappointing but the internet service was reliable so the tradeoff was worthwhile. Key term there is 'was'. Now I find the internet service to be substandard at best. Slower speeds and frequent outages with no updates, information, or compensation. [Edited: "Solicitation - Polling"]
