Internet Outages

Dear Xfinity -

I have ever only had positive things to say about your service until today. While I understand there is scheduled maintenance TOMORROW, the entire afternoon TODAY has been sporadic with any internet service. How can I conduct business from my home office if service keeps cutting in and out? IF I had received notice that there would be outages today, I would not have complained. Please rectify this service issue and please be more proactive with updates/outages.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry for the unexpected service interruptions you experienced. I understand how important a reliable internet connection is, especially when working from a home office.

 

I can see how frustrating it must’ve been to deal with service issues without prior notice. It’s possible that prep work for the maintenance caused intermittent disruptions, though we should’ve done a better job keeping you informed.
