Internet outage

Hello, my internet has been going out for hours at a time. It started happening 6/23/2025. It is up in the morning usually goes down between 9-10AM and comes back up around 7PM.  A tech came out on Wed & gave me a new modem. The internet stayed up for 1/2 hr. went out 10:40AM -6:00PM. On 6/27/2025, another tech came out checked lines, gave me a new modem . Stayed up till 10AM the next morning. I need the internet because I work from home. Don't know what the issue is. Can you help?

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
