Internet out for days
Our internet has been out for the last two days. We are in Chicago and the outage map suggested a ton of outages yesterday, but nearly none today and ours still isn’t fixed. I’ve ran through the stupid AI assistant on the app about a hundred times with no solution. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning but we have two remote workers living here. Pretty unacceptable that I haven’t gotten any sort of response or explanation for what is going on. Have had 0 issues the last 10 months until it randomly cut out Friday evening.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
