Hey there, @user_y1gbds, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your internet. I would be happy to check on your connection at your new address. Can you please send me a direct message with your full name and your full address?

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click “Sign In” if necessary.

  4. In the “To:” line, type “Xfinity Support.”
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

On new service installations / new move-in, the other end of the line has probably been disconnected from the Comcast feed. It's quite typical. You likely need a tech out to reconnect your premises to the active Comcast feed at the main splitter for the building / premises. If it's a multiple dwelling you can try to get the owner / manager / maintenance person to do it.  Good luck ! And please post back here with how things turn out.
