I keep getting a signal on my phone saying Internet connection failed or Internet not connected. I’ve turned on and off the box, but it didn’t seem to help.

Are you attempting to connect to your home personal WiFi network or WiFi Hotspot? Do you have other devices that are able to successfully connect to the WiFi network and Internet? We hope to hear from you soon.
