internet keeps dropping

I CONSTANTLY have to troubleshoot and disconnect and reconnect my internet because of your system I have NEVER in my 43 years have had to do things constantly like this until my apartment complex forced us to use you when I moved to chicago. This is unacceptable

Already did all that its unhelpful. I am a security analyst with network experience none of that has fixed anything... AGAIN network CONSTANTLY drops at least once a day it is NOT my stuff as its EVERYTHING that goes down or slows down and EVEN recently your tool says its going down but ONLY will tell you to reset it. SOMETHING is going on for it to go down every day..... this is unacceptable FIX the issue
