Internet Keeps Disconnecting

Changed to 600mbps and now it keeps disconnecting. I restart over and over, all my cords are connected. It states that they’re working in my area, if that’s the case the employees never get time off lol. I pay to much money to not have a stable and reliable internet that I need for my job and schooling.

Start with the modem's signal stats. Perhaps they already are, or they are close to being out of spec and intermittently they go completely of spec. Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?

Hey @user_879c6b! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. I'm so sorry you're having so many issues with your internet. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. How are you connected to the internet.

Hello, I haven’t yet. I will today. A man came by last week and said the technician did my wires wrong and took pictures. So, I’m guessing they’re coming back to fix it. It still keeps connecting and sometimes take forever to connect. My speed today is like 22.2 mbps and It’s suppose to be 600mbps. Having a hard time doing my online work, So idk... frustrating
