Internet just stopped working

Hi, my Xfinity modem has been working fine, but today it started flashing green and won’t connect. I’ve already restarted it and checked all cables.

First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Good morning @user_8csmf2, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the connection on the modem, as someone that works from home I know how important internet can be. You have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Thank you for doing the troubleshooting you have done on your end, it is very helpful. Is there a splitter that is in between the modem and the wall by chance?
