Internet issues post maintenance

So all week Xfinity has been doing work in my area. So for 3-4 hours a day my Internet was down. After their work yesterday I have internet issues with fire stick and both ps5s. Tried everything and nothing worked until I changed from the 5ghz to the 2.4. Now both PlayStations can see the router. Why would this suddenly be an issues when nothing else has changed?

Turns out the 5ghz isn't working. I split the two up to test the 2.4 and the 5 separately and no devices will connect to the 5ghz.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Were they previously banded together? Have you attempted to factory reset the modem?
