Internet Issues after moving
Hello,
So I moved a couple of weeks ago, and since then I've noticed that my wi-fi has deteriorated, especially when watching streams on youtube. This is the same plan I had at my previous place, and there were no issues before.
My main connectivity issues are with both my TV/roku, and my PC. When I do speed tests, the results say everything's fine, but I'm still getting streaming interruptions (often enough that it tells me to check my connection) when watching youtube streams at 720p on the tv/roku. Wi-fi is basically unusable on my PC, so I've just got it connected to ethernet now.
TV/Roku is in the same room as my router, and router is elevated, so I'm really stumped. Nothing should be blocking the connection. I also only have one or two devices connected at a time. The only thing I can think of is that I'm now in a bottom floor apartment, but that seems like a reach when I can still stream on my phone/ipad just fine.

Hey @user_r1cttv. With being in a new home, signal levels could be slightly different. Would you be able to post your modem levels so see if everything is within specifications? Is the coax cable also in good condition such as no hard bends, kinks, cuts, or bite marks? A great starting point would be our 'Tips for troubleshooting your Xfinity Internet connection' knowledge base for steps.
