Internet is not connecting

The router will blink from orange to green back to orange to green. Cannot keep a connection.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Hey @user_tludvl, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Wanted to check in and see if you are still experiencing issues. With the flashing LEDs, that indicates the modem is either connecting to the Xfinity Network or processing an update. Were the lights able to turn solid white?
