internet hiccup

tv has  a lot of buffering 1 user. i get internet not connected and when tested, it is "good"

First. Is this with a WiFi / streaming connection ? Are you having any problems with other WiFi devices, and devices that are hardwired via ethernet cable as well ?

wifi to a modem/router Arris. all tests by xfinity through router is working reset tv, no positive results as yet. still have hesitation where before....last month, no hesitation.
