Internet going in and out

I’ve noticed that my internet has been in and out for the past couple of days. I’ve reset the modem and tried having Xfinity Assistant help troubleshoot but it’s not very helpful. When my connection does come in it usually starts at 700mbps then dwindles down to 15-30mbps. Any ideas on what the issue could be outside of the modem?
