Internet goes out daily

Hi,

My internet is going down daily around lunch time. My wife and I both work from home and it is affecting our jobs.

@EG​ It's not a technical issue. I'm hardwired into the network and it's not working. It's a service issue.

@EG​ Yep. I didn't check the one from yesterday on that status page, but it came back on within an hour or so. The outage from today is on that status page.
