Internet flapping - has been going on for weeks

Recurring Xfinity connection flapping again this morning. This is a chronic issue, not a one-time modem problem. Reboots do not resolve it. I need someone to review the line/signal history and prior trouble reports rather than sending me through another gateway reboot.
