Internet [Edited] right now
Internet goes out today AGAIN!!! Has been a problem for 2 weeks and we escalated it last week. Now a technician has to come and fix it?!?! Why didn’t you tell me this last week?! Earliest I can get is Friday?! What are we doing? Can’t talk to a live person either which is ridiculous. 0 issues in three years, last 2 weeks miserable
