Internet Drops Every Morning

Internet drops every morning around 7:30am-9:30am, sometimes multiple times in this window. I have gone through the main troubleshooting steps - reset the modem, change coax cables, etc. and the problem still persists. Any ideas towards resolving?

You've done the right things, and I'm sorry for the continued inconvenience. May I ask have you checked to Xfinity App to verify this is not an area wide interruption that keeps happening. Checking the app is the first thing I do whenever my connection has gone down. It saves time and frustration plus it includes a lot of the same troubleshooting tools we would use. For example, running a speed test https://speedtest.xfinity.com/ on your connection. I would also like to recommend our connection troubleshooting tips page here. Reviewing your signal levels is going to be a big help to resolving this issue. Let me know what you find, my team and I will be here to help.
