Internet Drops Ethernet Cable

Internet drops for a few seconds to a minute a couple times a day. Seems to only be ethernet, but it happens too fast to really check wifi.

Any advice would be amazing.

I've double checked connections, restarted everything I can restart, and I believe it has only been happening since we installed the new higher speed gateway a few months ago
