Internet drops at 20 min intervals like clockwork.
I just started having this issue after the upgrade of Comcast infrastructure on the main road to their new 10G network. 20 min on the dot the modem loses sync, all outbound goes down and everything stops. 6-8 seconds later it comes back online.
The below entry shows up in the logs each time this happens.

They have checked all connections inside and outside the house, all the way to my modem.
Another thing I find interesting is that a mysterious channel sometime shows up that they know nothing about. See attached PICS for Status page Its Channel 193
