Internet Dropping

All of my Mac devices keep disconnecting from the Xfinity gateway. They have never had this problem and don’t when connected to other internets. I have restarted my devices, forgotten the network, and restarted my gateway, all to no avail. 

the internet is entirely unusable and I am unsure what to do from here. I think my gateway might be defective.

Hey there, user_8jto0q, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your internet connection dropping. I work from home and rely on my connection for video calls, so I understand how frustrating that would be. Are your MAC devices all using a wireless connection or do you have any devices that are hardwired with an Ethernet cable?
