Internet dropping many times per day for 2 seconds to a minute or more. Killing my work Teams calls
I have Two EERO wifi spots and a Netgear CM600 modem
I also run a broadband monitor to run PING tests every two seconds and it has logged a steady pace of small failures just about every day at my home. It says that the failure is on the internet side, not on the wifi side.
Most are just a few seconds, some are longer. This is happening a lot on video calls and it's not a good look. Also they seem to get much more frequent between 10-1 in the middle of the day.
Comcast tech came Friday, said signal is strong. Have talked to EERO as well and can not seem to find any issue with them. This all happens wiht my laptops and my wife's work computer on other side of house as well. I am so tired of unplugging and restarting my modem I can not do that 20 times a day. HELP.
Can ANYONE from Comcast really assess the whole line to my house including what's on the utility pole in the back? Are there other complaints in my neighborhood?
