Internet Dropping Constantly

I switched to Xfinity because I moved into their service area in November 2025. All was well and good for about a month until my wifi started going out at least once a day. I replaced the coax cable to see of that would help (I was using a generic brand one) and my wifi stopped dropping for about two months. Until now, and my wifi has dropped 4-5 times per day for the last 5ish days. If I try to get help, they (a robot) tells me to reset it. Resetting it helps but it doesn’t help it not go back out again. It’s super frustrating because the xfinity app tells me there’s no outages in my area and it’s just a me problem…I tried connecting my computer via ethernet cable to my modem and there was still no internet connection (of course, unless I did it wrong). I’m at a loss…

@XfinityOrlandoM

Why does this have to go private at this point ? That kind of defeats the purpose of a public help forum such as this is, no ?...
