Internet disconnects ever 20 minutes

Started having this problem recently where my gateway stops sending a signal every 20 mins. The outage last just long enough to kick me from servers while playing games. The issue is across multiple computers (ethernet) and on multiple phones (WIFI). I've replaced the gateway from my local store. Tried getting a tech to come out and everything is a week or longer wait.
