Internet device (modem) compatibility page does not load

The MyDeviceInfo page does not load - only shows three dots forever. Looks like this issue has been unresolved for months. This makes it impossible to find up-to-date modem compatibility info on the Xfinity site. I have attempted repeatedly to access this page while logged in to my primary Xfinity account.

Working for me, maybe try another browser?

I did a random search in southern Colorado...https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/#results

FWIW. I find that I have to not sign in to / log out in order for that page to load in. YMMV.

Hi there! We are sorry to hear you are having issues accessing the device info site. I was able to load the [page on my end with no issue. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
