Internet cutting out every night

I have seen few similar threads but couldn't see a proper answer. This started to happen every night around 12-12:30 my internet gets disconnected on my personal laptop, multiple restarts, resetting network settings, restarting modem, nothing helps, in the morning things turn to normal. Few other devices at home doesn't have this problem though. I never had this issue when I was using Verizon fios.

Hey there, @user_1bd282, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums! We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting your internet connection. I know we like to do a lot of late-night streaming and gaming in my household, so I can see how that disconnect would be frustrating. Are you only having the issue with your laptop? Do you have any devices connected with an Ethernet cable and are they having the same issue?

@XfinityJeniece​ yea, actually also experiencing constant drop in connection throughout the day, especially noticing with zoom calls when I work from home. Nobody is connected on ethernet but wifi is bad and this is in same room as the gateway..Service has been highly unreliable
