Internet connection

I've called regarding this issue. The rep did a reboot or something and said it wouldn't happen again. Yet, it continues to drop daily.

Hey there user_8enznh, thanks for taking the time to post here on the forum! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with your internet connection. To get a clearer picture of the issue, is this happening with devices that are connected both via WiFi and directly via ethernet, and have you noticed if it occurs during certain times of day? Also, outside of rebooting the modem, what other troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

It's connected by wifi, not ether. It drops DAILY, phone and TV. I never had this issue with AT&T. It's not working at this very moment.

Thank you for getting back to us @user_8enznh! I see EG shared a really helpful thread on troubleshooting connection issues. If you haven’t already I highly recommend checking out the steps in that forums thread.

Just to confirm, is this impacting all devices connected to the internet wirelessly or certain devices?

Are you seeing this happen while in different rooms than the modem or does it happen in the same room the modem is in?

Do all wireless devices lose connection at the same time or is it random for each affected device?

PS thank you for your assistance @EG!

Have you had a chance to see if any of those troubleshooting tips apply ?
