Internet Billing Increased by $100?

Hi there, @ScotR415! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. The most common reason that your bill would increase is because you may have come off of a promotional rate. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. Have you checked this out on your previous statement?
