Internet and Peacock
Beware of the advertisement with the 1 gig internet Speed and the peacock subscription. They will try to sell you on Xfinity paying for your peacock for two years but they don't tell you it is the subscription with ads. I previously had the premium plus plan. I did not know the plan was a downgrade from my plan. I tried upgrading the peacock subscription through Xfinity more than 5 times. I would sit on the phone for over an hour and get the run around get transferred to different departments and sometimes hung up on. The end result was I could not take Xfinity off my peacock. The final time I sat on the phone with someone that said in order to drop the peacock off your account we would have to downgrade your internet speed. He said we would upgrade you back to your previous plan once it dropped up. I went through with the plan think I would be able to get my plan back a few days later but nope. They told me they can't honor my previous plan even though the whole thing was their problem. Just pay for peacock on your own if you want the ad free version So now I have to pay more for a plan in order to get my original speed back. I am a very disappointed in xfinity at this time.
