Internet 100% Packet Loss Issues.

Hello, I have been going through a really frustrating issue with my internet connection. At random times(once every ten minutes or so) my latency reaches 2000 and I get 100% Packet loss. When this happens, I experience this issue for about two seconds followed by a second of normalcy followed again by the issue for another few seconds. This hurts my experience while gaming greatly. I believe it may be an issue with my router as I was pinging both google and Cloudflare via PingPlotter yielding the same results while investigating. I have a wired connection. Are you familiar with this issue?
