Interner just lost signal

Hi ou house at [EDITED: Private information]. About 1 week lost signal all the time and loading circle always happening

You can find ways to do that listed here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage. I personally recommend the XFINITY App for this purpose, I use it myself and find it to be the quickest way to find out.
