Intermittent slowdowns in Independence, MO - Anyone else?

I've restarted my router twice and still have slowdowns about every five to 10 minutes or so. Anyone else having this issue? The slowdowns are enough to make games unplayable and to disrupt watching videos when they occur. I'm on the eastern side of Independence, MO.

I have. I have restarted the router twice now, with no results. The problem is that it's intermittent, so when I do the test, sometimes it comes back too slow but by the time it gets to checking the speed into my home, it is usually fine again. I can replace wiring if that might help. But it's slowdowns and then back to full speed.

Thank you for checking is happening when you are hardwired directly into the modem or when you are on Wifi?-Richard

Most of the devices in my home are connected using WiFi. I do have a television that is directly linked to the router and it has had a few glitches at the same time as the slowdowns elsewhere in the house.

Well, I replaced the cable going from the wall to my router and it seemed to improve for a little while, but the problem is back. It's making it impossible to play games. Is it possible for someone to check to see if this intermittent problem is outside at the box? I have restarted my router numerous times and it has done no good.

My internet speeds are continuing to decline. I'm waiting for a code from someone on the chat but still nothing from you guys.

Currently getting around half of the promised speed. And it's pretty consistent now.
