Intermittent Outages over Days

Hello, I have been having intermittent outages recently that are causing issues as I work from home. Some days are fine; other days are like today where I keep losing Internet. Your system says there's an outage. I'm hard wired to the Internet so it's not a wifi problem. I'm also on your brand new modem.

I call customer service and they only can provide me the same information as the AI does and the app. I need more details for my employer, like what is the issue and when will the intermittent issues be resolved.

gp1942 Hi there! I'm sorry that you are having the same service trouble described in this post. I know that the intermittent conenctions can be almost as bad as the services being completely out. Especially when working from home and needs to be connected through VPN.
Are you also hardwired to a Xfinity Gateway? When the connection drops do you need to reset the gateway before you can regain your network connection?
I would love to work with you to make sure we can resolve all our service issues.
