Intermittent outages and unstable connection every day in SF
I have been fighting with intermittent connection issues with my internet every day for multiple months. I have tried all support options, spoken to customer service 5 times, replaced my modem, had a tech come to visit and recheck all connections and connection points, and the tech claims to have submitted a service ticket for the area.
All I want is a stable connection and that doesn't seem to be an option at the moment for me. I have a more stable connection tethering my phone.
At this point I cannot get a hold of anyone who even acknowledges what the problem might be. I have looked into alternate providers and found no viable options at my address.
What else is an option to me here? Has anyone been able to resolve unstable connections with Comcast?
