Intermittent issues

I have the same issues listed in the earlier post with the heading below. The technician gave similar answers but did not resolve the problem. Since it is a widespread issue, why has Xfinity not come up with a solution?

Intermittent Connection Drops and Packet Loss (every 15-20 Minutes)
